At The American Leads, we maintain a clear and transparent Cancellation Policy to ensure fairness and consistency in all client interactions.

📝 No Refund If Agreement Is Not Signed After Payment

If a realtor submits payment but later refuses to sign the agreement or chooses not to proceed for any reason, no refund will be granted. The realtor must first proceed with the agreed services. Only after receiving the services and completing the full 120-day service period may the client be eligible to request a refund — strictly under The American Leads 120-Day Refund Policy, and only if the committed service standards or lead quality benchmarks were not met.

💳 Refund Eligibility Only After Service Usage

Refunds are not provided before service usage begins. Refund eligibility arises only after 120 days of active service usage. All refund requests must comply with The American Leads official refund criteria.

🚫 No Refund for Change of Mind or "Mistaken Payments"

The American Leads does not offer refunds in situations where a realtor: Claims they paid by mistake States they were not in their senses (e.g., paid while distracted or unaware) Changes their mind after submitting payment Once payment is completed, the realtor is required to proceed with the agreed services. No refund will be issued for the above reasons. If a dispute or chargeback is filed under such claims, The American Leads will provide documented proof of agreed terms, confirmations, and service initiation records. Such disputes will be formally challenged.
