This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms and conditions related to refund eligibility for the sign-up fee associated with the Referral Agreement executed with The American Leads. This Policy is effective for a period of 120 days from the date of execution of the Referral Agreement.
Step 1️⃣: Initial Reminder ✓ Send a written reminder to The American Leads requesting the pending leads. ✓ If leads are not provided within one month, you may submit a formal refund request. Step 2️⃣: Reporting Issues ✓ Report any lead-related issue within 48 hours of lead acceptance. ✓ Provide supporting documentation or evidence. ✓ If the issue is not resolved or the lead is not replaced within one month, you may submit a refund request.
💳 Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at sign-up. ⏱️ 120-Day Window No refunds will be issued before the completion of the 120-day period from the execution date of the Referral Agreement. 📧 Submission Method All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: support@theamericanleads.com
By executing the Referral Agreement with The American Leads, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Refund Policy. This Policy supersedes all prior refund policies and may be modified at the sole discretion of The American Leads.
Refunds for the sign-up fee will be considered only under the following circumstances: 1️⃣ Failure to Provide Leads If The American Leads fails to deliver any leads within 120 days from the execution date of the Referral Agreement. 2️⃣ Non-Exclusivity of Leads If a lead provided lacks primary exclusivity and has been shared with other agents or brokers within our network. 3️⃣ Lead's Reluctance to Engage If the assigned lead(s) demonstrate an unwillingness to engage in business activities within 9 months from the date of assignment. 4️⃣ Pre-existing Contract If the lead provided is already under contract with the agent or broker at the time of assignment. 5️⃣ Outside Preferred Location If leads originate from ZIP codes or areas outside the client’s selected preferred location, such leads are considered part of the monthly allocation and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Clients must notify The American Leads of any concerns within 48 hours of accepting a referral. Failure to report within this timeframe will deem the lead satisfactory and ineligible for refund or replacement.
The American Leads reserves the right to review, verify, and validate all refund claims before processing.
